- Ehrenfried (lat: Erenfridus / Erinfridus), Graf von Zülpich, Graf von Bonn was the second eldest of three children who are reported in the Europäische Stammtafeln as being the sons of Eberhard, Graf im Keldachgau and Graf von Bonn and his wife. [1]
Titles and Family
Ehrenfried was reportedly noted as being the Graf von Zülpich in connection with a charter of 24 Jan 942 and Graf von Bonn in connection with a charter of 2 Aug 945. [1]
He may also have been the Count Ehrenfried noted in connection with two additional lands in the region: Hattuaria in connection with a charter of 24 Jan 942, and Tubalgo in connection with a charter of 4 May 947. [1]
Count Ehrenfried is reported to have two children with a woman named Richwara, who origin and family name are unknown: [1]
Hermann "Pusillus", who became the Graf von Zülpich by 981 and then the Pfalzgraf (Count Palatine) of Lotharingia [2]
