The profile Auvergne-61, for Lieutgarde (Auvergne) Châlon de Vergy, wife of Bernard Auvergne was detached as her mother in December 2017 (see this G2G discussion).
As of January 2018, her WikiTree parents are Warin, Comte d'Auvergne, and Alba (see below). Warin, Comte d'Auvergne), says he and Alba had only one child, a son.
#MedLands has Ermengarde (died after 21 Jul 883) as daughter of "[BERNARD Comte [d'Auvergne] & his wife Liegardis ---]".[7]

Research Notes
Estimated Birth:
0843,[8][9] presumably a guess based on 0841 birth year of husband Bernard.
0825,[10] based on mother's birth (Alba) in 780 (Alba having Ermengarde at 45 is stretching it; birth in 843 would make Alba 63).
Birth/Death Locations:
Birth: Auvergne, France (from Auvergne-97); Chalon-sur-Saône, Saône-et-Loire, Bourgogne, France (from Chalon-56)
Death: Auvergne, Aquitaine, France (from Auvergne-97); Auvergne, Eure, Haute-Normandie, France (from Chalon-56)
Warnings:
A child's birth date (Auvergne-89 born 0800) should not be before a parent is six years old (Auvergne-97 born 0843). ~ needs research
A birth date (Auvergne-97 born 0843) should not be more than 60 years before or after a sibling's birth date (Bourgogne-190 born 0745). ~ I believe 0745 is in error. (Noland-165 14:39, 24 January 2018 (EST))

Three Bernards
From this answer in G2G by John Atkinson:
". . . the 'three Bernard's problem' (one of whom was her husband) - three men named Bernard, who all ruled in the south of France, but trying to sort out which was which and who ruled where has been much debated amongst the experts for generations.
"Charles Cawley in Medieval Lands, names her parents as Bernard, (another one) Comte d'Auvergne and his wife Liegardis, but puts it all in square brackets which denotes that he's really not sure.
"Constance Brittain Bouchard in her book Those of my blood: Constructing noble families in medieval Francia (which I own), argues that Bernard and his wife Liegardis were unlikely, and she favours Warin, who in Medieval Lands, is also called Comte d'Auvergne, and his wife Ava (or Albana/e). She bases this on the fact that Ermengarde and her husband Bernard, had children who were given the names Warin and Ava and also on the ownership of the villa of Cluny which the elder Warin acquired, and then appears much later in Ermengarde's children."

Was Ermengarde de Chalons b. 843, wife of Bernard II de Auvergne, Count of Autun a daughter of Thierry I d'Autun of Italy & Metz & wife Richilde, of Arles or Bernard I d'Auvergne b. 815 d. 868 & wife Luitgarde/Lieugardis b. 818 d. aft. 849????
Answer by Peter Stewart in 2003: Bernhard II known as Plantevelue (Plantapilosa), born at Uzès on 22 March 841, was lay abbot of Saint-Julien de Brioude (evidently by right of his wife), count of Autun, Rodez & Auvergne (after 872), and died between 20 June 885 & August 886. His wife Ermengardis (birth year unknown, died after June 881) was daughter of another Count Bernhard & Liedgardis - he is thought to have been count of Auvergne & lay abbot of Saint-Julien de Brioude, but this is not certain.
later comment (in part) by Cris: appears to be a popular view, where 'Bernard' = the fa. of Plantevelue's wife. E.g. in Dillange, _Les Comtes de Poitou, Ducs d'Aquitaine_ (778-1204) [1995]. But, as I say, on what basis I don't know (and he's not telling).
Not in the Rootsweb discussion, but from the Changes tab for de Chalons-7:
edited the data for Ermengarde de Chalons. (Not a child of Theoderic VI le Trésorier of Autun)[16]
