  Notes	Eochaid mac Domangairt of the Cenél nGabráin became King of Dál Riada around 696, though his name does not appear in the Annuls and is omitted from later genealogies, he is included in the Duan Albanach [1] He was the son Domangart. He was the father of Eochaid mac Eochaid, and possibly Alpín mac Echdach. [2] May be found named Eugene in some American genealogies. Eochaid mac Domangairt of the Cenél nGabráin; son of Domangart [3] - though son of Áed Find and grandson of Domangart according to Rawlinson [4] Wikipedia notes that Eochaid mac Áeda Find is not included in the Duan Albanach, or in the Annals; and only known from later genealogies, so may have been listed in error for the Eochaid mac Echdach son of Eochaid mac Domangairt who is profiled here.
