In 1005, a major restoration was carried out by Odo and his wife Ermengard. [2]
Research Notes
In his article "The Family of Countess Ermengarde of Auvergne"[3], Baldwin agreed with the theory of Thierry Stasser. This was based on the 1115 letter of Yves de Chartres[4], which gave the lineage of Havoise from Blanche and stating that countess Ermengarde was the daughter of Ermengarde of Auvergne.
