Aucun baptême n'a été trouvé pour lui. Sa sépulture en 1762 lui donne environ 92 à 95 ans, estimation du prêtre. Ses parents se sont mariés en 1667. Date estimée.

No baptism has been found for him. His funeral in 1762 gives him around 92 to 95 years of age, estimation by the priest. His parents married in 1667. Date estimated.
Antoine Gerlaisse, inhabitant of Rivière-du-Loup and son of Jean Gerlaisse dit St-Amant and of Jeanne Trudel, married Marie Pelletier, widow of François Banliard dit Lamontagne, on 25 May 1709 in Trois-Rivières.
No issue from the marriage, his wife died in 1741.
On 22 February 1762 in the cemetery of St-Antoine of Rivière-du-Loup was buried ''le bonhomme St-Amant, aged around 92 to 95 ans''.
