On 28 January 1694, Suzanne Jaroussel, wife of the sieur Cottard, ratified an agreement made before notary Louis Chambalon on 26 January 1694, in regards to the succession of Simon Lerreau: between Robert Cottart, of the Lauzon coast, husband of Suzanne Jarroussel, widow in 1st marriage of said Simon Lerreau, on the one part; and François Frichet, of that city (Québec), husband of Anne Lerreau and having power of attorney from Pierre and Sixte Laireau, his brothers-in-law, and Jean Roche, of La Prairie de St-Lambert, husband of Magdeleine Laireau, on the other part. '''Death''' Robert Coutard died on 24 January 1706 around eight in the morning and was buried on the 25th in St-Nicolas.
